Great Lake Taupo Hockey (GLTH) have two opportunities all year round for players to socially connect.

Balls & Beers -  This is a purley social gathering of people aged 18 years of age and above, who meet on a Sunday afternoon for some exercise and a couple of quite drinks in the licensed 'Sinbin' on-site.  We meet all year round however the hours silightly change from winter to summer.  In the winter there is the odd Pot-luck dinner after the games and in the summer the BBQ is fired up.  Games are 1/2 field, 3 x 20 minute quarters with those who can make it being divided up into teams.

Summer Hockey -  GLTH have two opportunites over the summer period.  Both opportunities are 6-a-side, mixed hockey played for 30 mintues on 1/2 turf but you must be year 9 and above.

Business House Social - Designed for our current players, coaches, umpires and hockey parents to play with their mates, work colleagues or extended whanau.  Register as a team of 10 and enter the 10 week, round-robin compertition.

Competitive Grade - Designed for those who want to keep their skills sharp and fitness levels managable during the summer period.  You register as an individual and GLTH will randomly place you into a team of 10 for the 10 week competition.
